How does a traumatic experience affect an individual, a family, or a whole community? This workshop explains the effects of trauma and explains how to incorporate trauma-informed principles into regular programs or work to facilitate healing in those with whom you work.

Resiliency

Compassion fatigue, burnout, and secondary traumatic stress are ever-present risks for those in caring professions. This workshop offers a beacon of hope to identify, and address these issues, as well as offer techniques to build resilience.

Walking with others as they experience grief can be daunting. This workshop provides the skills and understanding to walk confidently with those who have experienced a loss.

Has your team or family gone through a crisis or other stressful event? Providing time and space to process and make sense of the experience is path towards healing. Schedule a consultation with Sarah to discuss your team (or family's) situation and develop a plan for their after care.

Third Culture Kids

Raising a family in a culture that is different from their passport country can be tricky and bring special challenges. This workshop discusses ways to navigate those challenges and raise healthy third culture kids. This workshop can be done for a group or an individual family.
