Unlocking Compassion and Resilience

In a world where compassion and empathy are essential attributes, those who dedicate themselves to humanitarian, lay work, education, and social services often find themselves facing overwhelming challenges. The nature of these professions can expose individuals to the trauma and suffering of others, leading to compassion fatigue, burnout, and secondary traumatic stress. But there is hope, and there is a way forward.

As a passionate advocate for mental health and well-being, Sarah specializes in offering workshops on trauma-informed care and cultivating resilience in the face of adversity. Sarah's workshops are meticulously designed to empower humanitarians, lay workers, teachers, faith leaders, social workers and other helpers with the tools and insights they need to navigate the complexities of their roles effectively.
